AMATI GLOBAL INVESTORS APPOINTS EDDIE EDMONSTONE AS DIRECTOR TO MANAGE £14 MILLION FUND RAISING FOR NOBLE AIM VCT
Amati Global Investors LLP, (Amati), the newly formed investment management group which manages the Noble AIM VCT and the CF Noble UK Smaller Companies Fund, today announces the appointment of Eddie Edmonstone as a director.
At Amati, Eddie will initially manage fund raising activity for the Noble AIM VCT, which is seeking to raise an additional £14 million this tax year. Noble AIM VCT is the only AIM VCT currently raising new money this tax year and to have done so every year since inception.
Eddie was previously Director of Corporate Broking and a founding shareholder at FinnCap where he was involved in raising primary and secondary funds for corporate clients and acting as corporate broker on behalf of key clients. He was previously a director at Durlacher PLC, where he developed the UK institutional team, specialising in UK Small Companies primary and secondary broking. Eddie was also a founder and shareholder of Peel Hunt, where he headed up their UK Smaller Companies team.
