Amati Global Investors' VCT Investor Day & Amati VCT AGMs
Thursday 25 June 2015 at The Guildhall School of Music & Drama, London
Registration from 1.30pm
Please note that the investor day element to this event is now full (i.e. from 3pm onwards). Amati VCT & VCT 2 Investors however are still invited to attend the AGMs.
In conjunction with the Amati VCT and Amati VCT 2 Boards, we would like to invite you to our VCT investor day which will take place in London on Thursday 25 June 2015. The event, which will include the Annual General Meetings (AGMs) for both Amati VCTs, will again be held at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, in Rehearsal Room 1 in the Milton Court building. The address is Milton Court, Silk Street, Barbican, London EC2Y 9BH, and the entrance is on the corner of Milton Street and Silk Street.
The event will give you the opportunity to meet the Directors of the Amati VCTs, put questions to the fund managers, who will be represented by Douglas Lawson and Dr Paul Jourdan, and hear from two of the companies in which both Amati VCTs have made qualifying investments over the past year.
Registration for the Amati VCT AGMs will be from 1.30pm. The Amati VCT AGM will commence at 2pm and Amati VCT 2 AGM will be at 2.30pm. If you are not currently an Amati VCT or Amati VCT 2 investor, please register at 2.45pm ahead of the presentations scheduled for 3pm. Last year AGI invited some of the Guildhall Creative Entrepreneurs to pitch for The Amati Guildhall Creative Entrepreneurs' Award. The £1,000 award was presented to Drum Works - a charity whose aim is to provide in school opportunities for musical development, group work and community cohesion.
